300seats is proud to launch the first Pop-Up Restaurant in Baton Rouge on Sep 16 - 17 - 18 weekend.
The event will be hosted off the main courtyard in Perkins Rowe. Themes for the seatings will be:
- Friday September 16, 2011 | doors 6:30 pm -- Spanish contemporary cuisine presented by The Edible Event with a presentation by the Baton Rouge Symphony Orchestra players and American Idol starlet Jacquelyn Dupree
- Saturday September 17, 2011 | doors 11:30 am -- Italian bistro presented the ZOLIA Bistro | Enoteca and 13-year old wonderkid chef, Matthew Bouchner with a presentation by the Baton Rouge Symphony Orchestra players and featured local artists
- Saturday September 17, 2011 | doors 9:30 pm -- Downtown NYC Diner presented by Williams Wells C.E.C. | Culinary Productions with a presentation by world-renowned spoken word poet Xero Skidmore and introducing 300seats bodybuffetsTM
In keeping with tradition, we will make three hundred (300) seats available over the course of the weekend and integrate art + music + performance into the 300seats experience.
